What if it arrives after 1 December?

No problem. Open the doors you missed on the first day, then carry on with one a day. Every duck is still a surprise.

Costume Ducks or Christmas Ducks: what’s the difference?

Costume Ducks are classic yellow ducks in 24 different outfits. Christmas Ducks are a colorful festive mix with accessories, and the accessory colors vary from box to box.

Can I mix crews in one order?

Yes. When you pick a set, choose a crew for each box.

Dog puzzle

What if it arrives after 1 December?

Open the doors you missed on the first day, then carry on one a day. The picture still comes together.

How are the pieces divided?

One dog per door. Each day’s pieces build one dog tile, and the tiles join up into one big picture by Christmas Eve.

What if a piece is missing?

Email unboxmas.help@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the gap, and we’ll help.

How big is it?

The box is 28 × 24 × 4.4 cm (11 × 9.4 × 1.7 in). The finished puzzle is 70 × 50 cm (27.5 × 19.7 in), so clear a table.

Is there a picture to follow?

Yes. A poster of the finished picture is included.

Shipping and orders

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free everywhere. Once your order is on its way, it usually takes:

  • USA, Canada and Mexico: 7 to 14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8 to 15 business days
  • Europe: 8 to 18 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days

We pack every order in 1 to 3 business days first, and email you tracking as soon as it ships. December is the busiest month of the year for deliveries, so allow a little extra time.

Is it ready to give as a gift?

Yes. It arrives in its own printed box, ready to wrap or hand straight over.

Can I return it?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the calendar is unused and in its original packaging. If it arrives damaged, email unboxmas.help@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. Full details are in our refund policy.
